HepLink is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
HepLink Australia is governed under a Collective Governance model in partnership with Hepatitis Australia and its member organisations, the State and Territory Hepatitis Organisations.
The HepLink Collective Governance processes deliver and ensure shared oversight and appropriate quality of the service delivery provided through HepLink Australia.
Hepatitis Australia provides central coordination through a dedicated program team and a HepLink Nurse Navigator who is your first point of contact for support. The Nurse Navigator offers general and clinical information and provides personalised guidance through case management and care navigation, helping people access the services they need with confidence and continuity.
State and territory community hepatitis organisations deliver vital, on-the-ground support tailored to local needs. This includes face-to-face services, targeted outreach activities, culturally safe engagement, and the development of strong local networks.
Through partnerships and community-led initiatives, these organisations raise awareness, provide referrals, and ensure people affected by viral hepatitis are connected to the care and support they need, wherever they are.
